If We Are Truly Waiting on God, We Won’t Miss Anything
If We Are Truly Waiting on God, We Won't Miss Anything Without a doubt, the most challenging and most grueling aspect of standing is the waiting. I know, I know. The topic of waiting isn't one we get excited about, because we all know that waiting is usually when our faith gets tested, and our patience stretched. Yet today, I want to encourage you: when you are truly waiting on God, you can rest assured that you won't miss a thing He has prepared for you. We must remember, His timing is perfect. What looks delayed or uncertain in our eyes is right on schedule in His. Throughout Scripture, we see how God honors those who wait on Him. From Abraham waiting for the promised son to Mary waiting for the fulfillment of God's word, each moment of waiting was a divine setup for God's glory to be revealed. The same is true for your marriage. When it seems quiet and still, have confidence that God is working behind the scenes. An essential understanding of this topic is that you are not waiting on God; you're waiting with God. He's right there in the waiting with you, comforting your heart, building your endurance, and preparing both you and your spouse for what He's about to do. Don't believe the lie that waiting means nothing is happening. It just means God is working in ways you can't yet see. If we rush the process (don't we all want to), we might miss what God wants to build in us before He rebuilds what's around us. But if we trust Him in our waiting, we'll discover that His timing is never off. So, this Advent season, as you remember how God fulfilled His promise in sending Jesus, let this truth strengthen your hope. God always keeps His promises. You won't miss your miracle when you're walking in step with His Spirit. Keep trusting, keep believing, and know that your waiting is not wasted, it's preparing the way for restoration. Keep Standing Supernaturally! Jason
